Wrongful Conviction Day 2021

To commemorate Wrongful Conviction Day, the National Registry of Exonerations is sharing a new short video, featured above, telling the story of four Americans wrongfully imprisoned by a broken justice system. It shows why their exoneration numbers - part of the Registry's more than 2,800 exonerated people - are so important to their lives, and why each and every story counts. Please share the video with friends and colleagues.

The National Registry of Exonerations provides the data needed to fuel widespread criminal justice reform and is the national archive bearing witness to the injustice endured by thousands of people. Listen to these stories, and sign up to find out more about the National Registry of Exonerations - and please support our mission.
