2013 December Senior Day
Date: Friday, December 20, 2013Time: 1:00 p.m.Location: Michigan TheaterSTUDENT FORM: Graduates must complete a registration form to participate in the ceremony. Please complete the form by November 27, 2013.
The ceremony begins at 1:00 p.m. and will end at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Caps and GownsAll Students must wear a cap and black gown to march in the ceremony. Ordering information can be found under Cap, Gown & Hood Information.
Caps and gowns for students may be picked up on the 4th floor of South Hall on Thursday, December 19, from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Caps and gowns must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, to the Willsie employees in Hutchins Hall.TicketsTickets are not needed to get into the ceremony. Students may bring as many guests as they wish. While tickets are not needed, an RSVP from each participating student is required.
ParkingGuests may park in the Thompson Street parking structure, the Thayer Street parking structure, or the Hill Street structure starting at noon. Parking Operations will not be ticketing in those lots. Please see the Central Campus Parking Map for structure locations.
Arrival TimeStudents: Students are asked to arrive at the Michigan Theater to begin robing no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20st. Find your name on a seat and take your place. Please be on time as the faculty calling names will need to "take attendance" and verify the pronunciation of your name during this time.Please ask your guests to arrive at Michigan Theater no earlier than 12:00 p.m. Ushers will be available to accommodate guests.CeremonyWelcomeDean Mark West

Students, there are no formal rehearsals so please read the Ceremony Instructions carefully.
ReceptionAll Senior Day attendees are invited to a reception in the Aikens Commons immediately following the ceremony. A RSVP of each graduate's guest total is required.
DVDsDVDs of the ceremony will be available for purchase. You may preorder a copy or request a copy from the Law School Events office at 734.615.4535.
PhotosA class photo will be taken at Senior Day. Copies of the photo will be mailed to each graduate.
A photographer will be taking pictures of the graduates as they cross the stage and then after they received their certificate. The photographer will e-mail directions to the website and ordering instructions following the ceremony.
