FAREWELL AND BEST WISHES  There was laughter, tears, and a great deal of thanks shared April 22-23, 2013, as Michigan Law faculty, students and staff gathered to wish two of the School's assistant deans farewell. Longtime Assistant Dean for International Affairs Virginia B. Gordan and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs Christine Gregory, '96, are slated to leave the Law School at the end of the 2012-2013 academic year. Gordan, who is retiring, is credited with developing and coordinating countless international programs and initiatives, as well as engaging in international alumni development. Gregory, who leaves the Law School after six years in Student Affairs, led numerous diversity and inclusion initiatives during her deanship and was awarded the University of Michigan's Distinguished Diversity Leaders Award in 2012.
