Willard T. Barbour

Biography
Professor Barbour graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in 1905 and a LL.B. in 1908. Following his graduation, Professor Barbour studied legal history at Oxford University, where he received a B.Litt in 1912. Professor Barbour returned to the Law School in 1912 first as an Assistant Professor and then a full Professor until 1919. He taught in the area of equity. He was the author of one book, The History of Contract in Early English Equity.
