Description: What:
5 years after Obergefell: Queer Rights and Gender Freedom

Since the landmark decision in Obergefell, there has been much litigation over the implications of same-sex marriage and resistance to other LGBTQ rights and freedoms. The composition of the judiciary has changed over these same years, moving in a seemingly opposite direction of our culture. How might this tension play out? Are the advances made in queer rights and gender equality in jeopardy?
