Description: Instructor Erin Ajayi welcomes all levels of students. Starting with breathwork, each class will explore the balance between building strength and finding mobility and will end with a restorative meditation. Beyond the physical practice, students will gain an understanding of what it means to practice yoga beyond the mat, and how to apply yoga teachings and mindfulness skills in their daily lives.
