Description: The U.S. position in the world is, by all accounts, shifting. This panel comprised of Professors Kristina Daugirdas, Susan Page, and Steve Ratner will consider what this shift portends for the international legal order—and particularly, for its capacity to address the challenges that confront the United States and the rest of the world. These challenges include the effects of climate change, global pandemics, war, and other forms of economic and physical insecurity.
