Description: Set yourself up for success by taking your interviewing skills to the next level! Professor Patrick Barry, Public Interest Director Lara Finkbeiner, and OCP counselor Melanie Macey will model a public interest interview and then help facilitate mock interviews with participants to help you improve your self advocacy skills for job and fellowship interviews. We will discuss how to provide compelling, concise, and concrete narratives, how to connect with your interviewer, and how to embody that all important 'demonstrated commitment' to public interest. We will also provide specific tips for fellowship interviews and Equal Justice Works Career Fair table talk. Space is limited. Lunch will be served. Please RSVP via Symplicity, by going to the Events tab and selecting the "Workshop" you wish to attend.
