Description: Predatory tax foreclosures head to Michigan Supreme Court. The Federalist Society will be hosting litigator Christina M. Martin from the Pacific Legal Foundation to discuss the foreclosure case, Rafaeli, LLC v. Oakland County, she will be arguing this term in the Michigan Supreme Court.
