Description: Please join the Michigan Immigration and Labor Law Association (MILLA) in welcoming Professor Noah Zatz, employment and labor law professor at UCLA School of Law. Professor Zatz will discuss questions surrounding who is a worker, who is an employee, and how prison labor factors into these analyses.

Before entering law teaching, Zatz was awarded a Skadden Fellowship to work at the National Employment Law Project (NELP) in New York City, where he represented low-income individuals an community organizations in matters at the interface between the low-wage workplace and the welfare system.
