Description: We are very excited about an upcoming panel discussion featuring andré douglas pond cummings, Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Indiana Tech Law School, and Donald Tibbs, Associate Professor of Law at Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law.

Dean cummings has written on a number of topics including racial justice, gender, and affirmative action. He has taught courses such as Hip Hop and the American Constitution, Ethics, and Entertainment Law and is a contributor for Prof. Tibbs has written about matters involving social justice, criminal punishment, and race. He has taught courses such as Hip-Hop and the Law, Critical Race Theory, and Criminal Procedure. Tibbs and cummings are currently working, with the assistance of a third scholar, to publish an anthology entitled "Hip Hop and the Law: The Key Writings That Formed the Movement."
