Event or Meeting Planning

Members of the Law School Community who wish to schedule an event or meeting should use the Event Wizard. On this page, you may reserve a room, request Audio-Visual assistance and post an announcement about your event on the Law School Event Calendar. In most cases, 48-hour advance notice is required to process room reservation or AV requests. Read the Law School's Room Reservation Policy for additional information.

Before placing your room reservation, be sure to r
eview the online schedule to check for room availability on the date and time of your request. You will receive an auto-generated confirmation to confirm your reservation. You can also check under "My Events" at the same site to review your event details. Please be aware that your room reservation or AV request is not confirmed until this notification has been received. In some instances, a room other than that requested may be substituted in case of a usage conflict.
