Constitutional Law WorkshopThis seminar is a workshop in constitutional law and constitutional theory. On six occasions during the semester, scholars of constitutional law from other institutions will come to discuss their works in progress. Members of the workshop will read the papers and discuss them with the visitors. Members of the workshop will also read other scholarship in constitutional law or constitutional theory, as chosen by the organizers, that is relevant to the visitors' papers. One goal of the workshop is to assist the visitors in improving their work. The introductory course in constitutional law is a prerequisite. Each student enrolled in the workshop must write five short papers during the course of the semester, each reacting to one of the papers submitted by the visiting scholars.
