It offers transactional legal services in a number of areas including entity formation, contract issues, financing, and intellectual property. By completing this application form, you are only applying to the Entrepreneurship Clinic. In no way does your application to the Entrepreneurship Clinic guarantee acceptance to the Entrepreneurship Clinic. The Entrepreneurship Clinic receives a large number of applications. We reserve the right to accept, waitlist or deny any applicant.
