SUMMARY:Defendant Wilmer Martin Flores transported a 13-year-old niece of one of the defendants across state lines to engage in prostitution. Defendants Hector Molina-Alvarado, Albert Flores, and Heather Easterly also traveled with Flores. Easterly may also have been forced to engage in prostitution. The Defendants were charged and pled guilty to conspiracy to transport a minor and adult for the purposes of illegal sexual activity in 2003. The four defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment of 46 months, 121 months, 180 months, and 235 months.
