SUMMARY:Brice ran a prostitution operation in which he used threats and violence to ensure that the women and girls he recruited, who were as young as 14 years old, would continue working for him. The indictment contained 17 counts alleging violations of both federal law and the D.C. Code. 11 counts were submitted to the jury, who found Brice guilty of one count of sex trafficking of a minor, two counts of transporting a minor for prostitution, one count of transporting a person for prostitution, three counts of first degree child sex abuse, and two counts of pandering.
