email@example.com if you need assistance.
To process letters of recommendation for clerkship applications, applicants will utilize the following forms:
Non-Database Judges Formatting Example shows how to format your excel spreadsheet for state court judges that are not included in our Judges database (trial and local level courts). You must use this format when submitting letter requests to faculty assistants and OCP.
Clerkship applicants who are granted an interview should report their interview details on the
Clerkship Interview Report form.
Students and alumni who have interviewed with judges are asked to fill out the
Judicial Clerkship Interview Feedback form. This information is extremely valuable to both current and future clerkship applicants.
Alumni who have completed a clerkship are invited to submit a
confidential feedback form on their clerkship. Alternatively, they may submit clerkship comments via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail them directly to OCP.
Students and alumni who have accepted a judicial clerkship offer should report their acceptance with the
Clerkship Reporting Form.
