Judicial Clerkship Registration
Students and alumni who are applying for judicial clerkships should complete our Registration Form.
LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION REQUEST FORMS
We realize the process of requesting letters of recommendation and actually getting them where they need to be is a bit confusing. To that end, we have created a simple cheat sheet to walk you through the process, whether you are dealing with paper, email, or OSCAR applications. To process letters of recommendation for clerkship applications, applicants must utilize the following forms:
Our Non-Database Judges Formatting Example shows how to format your excel spreadsheet for state court judges that are not included in our Judges database (trial and local level courts). You must use this format when submitting letter requests to faculty assistants and OCP.
Students and alumni who have interviewed with judges are asked to fill out the Judicial Clerkship Interview Feedback form. This information is extremely valuable to both current and future clerkship applicants.
Alumni who have completed a clerkship are invited to submit a confidential feedback form on their clerkship. Alternatively, they may submit clerkship comments via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail them directly to OCP.
Students and alumni who have accepted a judicial clerkship offer should report their acceptance with the Clerkship Reporting Form.
