Deborah C. Malamud, the AnBryce Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, is a former tenured member of the Michigan faculty. She teaches and writes in the fields of labor law, employment discrimination, constitutional law, and administrative law, with an emphasis on the historical analysis of issues of race and class (and their interrelationship) in these fields.
