Regis A. Carozza is of counsel in the private client practice group in the Bloomfield Hills office of Honigman LLP. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, wealth transfer, and business succession strategies for high net-worth individuals and families, establishing and administering charitable organizations (including public charities and private foundations), and asset protection techniques.
Professor Carozza received his AB, with highest distinction (with highest honors in political science), from the University of Michigan in 1984. He earned his JD,
cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1987.
