In order to access this online application you will need to have your University of Michigan uniqname and password that was issued to you while you were a student. If you have forgotten this information you must contact the University of Michigan IT Accounts office at 734-764-8000, so that they can assist you. They will require a faxed copy of your driver's license, phone number, as well as your social security number. The IT Accounts office will contact you within 1-3 days by phone with your uniqname and password. If you graduated prior to 1994 you must visit the University's Alumni Association web page at: https://accounts.itcs.umich.edu/create/alumnirec/ to request a uniqname and password. Once you have a uniqname, please return here and use the "Login" link to the left to enter the Debt Management Program site.
