Application Form

We have no preference among the various application formats available.You may complete and sign the application form in the back of this booklet; alternatively, you may complete and print our application from our Web site at www.law.umich.edu and mail that to our office. (This PDF version of our application includes some point-by-point explanations that you may find helpful, whichever version of the application you choose to complete.) You may also complete and submit electronically a Web application at apply.embark.com/law/umich/jd. Finally, we accept applications that have been prepared using the Law School Admission Council’s LSACD or LSACD on the Web; both products allow you to print your completed applications and send them directly to us or to electronically transmit your application to LSAC, which will then send the printed version to us.
