Application Form

We have no preference among the various application formats available.  You may complete and print our application from our website and mail that to our office. (This PDF version of our application includes some point-by-point explanations that you may find helpful, whichever version of the application you choose to complete.) You may also complete and submit electronically a web application at apply.embark.com/law/umich/jd. We also accept applications that have been prepared via LSAC, either by printing your completed application and sending it directly to us or by electronically transmitting your application to LSAC, which will then send the printed version to us. (Please be aware that it can take a week or two for the Law School to receive applications submitted via LSAC.) To contact LSAC, call 215.968.1001 or go to www.lsac.org.
