MUSICAL FARE Students and faculty turned their attention from academics to music during the Classical Music Society’s recent Bach’s Lunch in the Lawyers Club Lounge. On the menu were Ibert’s Aria for Flute, Clarinet and Piano, and Shostakovich’s Four Waltzes for flute, clarinet, and piano (movements III and IV), performed by Professor Margaret Jane Radin on flute and piccolo, Brian Chang, 2L, on clarinet, and John Patrick Clayton, 1L, on piano. Also featured were two pieces by Haydn—Trio #1, G Major, and Trio #4, G Major—performed by violinists Clara Presler, 2L, and Ben Bodnar, 3L, and cellist Alex Sarch, 2L. |
