Henry M. CAMPBELL MOOT COURT COMPETITION FINAL ROUND On April 2,

(on behalf of the Petitioner) and Kathryn Gilbert (on behalf of the
Respondents) faced off in the final round of the Henry M.
Campbell Moot Court Competition. The question presented was: "Is the
minimum care provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
Act a constitutional exercise of Congress's Commerce power?"
