INDIAN LAW DAY   Kirsten Carlson, assistant professor of law at Wayne State University; Frank Ettawageshik, tribal chairman of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians; and Armstrong Wiggins, director of the Indian Law Resource Center, were the guest speakers at the Native American Law Students Association's Indian Law Day on March 3O. The theme was "Indigenous People's Rights and the Law."
