STUDENT SERVICE DAY New 1Ls, LLMs, and research scholars kicked off the school year with a day of community service on
August 30. Some stayed in Ann Arbor, others traveled to Detroit; some cut down invasive trees with hand saws, others organized contributions at a food bank. The Law School began including a community service event in new-student orientation in 1993.
