Reserving Group Study Rooms

Three group study rooms are available for reservation in the Law Library. One room is on Sub-2 and two rooms are on Sub-3.

Each contains seating and tables, as well as chalkboards and wireless access.

View and make group study room reservations in the Group Study Room Online Reservations system.

You will be prompted to create a login and password for the reservations site to make reservations.

• You don’t need to login to the reservations site to view the calendar.
• Once you have created a login and password, remember to log in at the very top, right corner to make future reservations.
• Once request has been submitted or changed, LOG OUT.

Reservations:

• May be made up to 30 days in advance or at the time you need to use the room;
• May be for up to 2 hours at a time;
• Are for groups of 2 or more (use the dropdown menu to indicate the number in your group on the online reservations site);
• Will be confirmed and reminders sent by email;
• Are necessary to assure room availability; those using an unreserved room must forfeit to someone who reserves it for the same time period.

Food is not allowed in these rooms.
