The reclassification of our collection to Library of Congress call numbers is causing rapid shifts. Many items may have changed location or call numbers since your last visit. Check the online catalog and the colorful sub-level maps (see the green box on this page) to find your materials.
We are, as of Oct. 10, 2008:
- Relabelling Fed Coll. Relabeled materials are now in the Smith location on Sub-2 West and Sub-2 North. United States Reports are still labeled Fed Coll (but placed in expected call number KF101 .A212 order).
- Moving a portion of the LC Coll from Sub-1 North. Moved materials are now in the Smith location on Sub-2 and Sub-3.
- State Coll & Mich Coll, currently shelved on Sub-2 North, are being relabeled and moved.
- Relabeled State Coll books are in the Smith locations on Sub-2 North and Sub-3 West.
- Relabeled Mich Coll books are shelved in the Smith location on Sub-3 West.
- JX9 call numbers will be condensed on Sub-2 North.
- JX4-JX8 call numbers have been moved to Sub-2 West.
- JX3 call numbers are in a closed stacks area and must be requested online.
