Margaret A. Leary is director of the Law Library. From 1973 to 1981, she served as assistant director and from 1982 through 1984 as associate director. She received a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.A. from the University of Minnesota School of Library Science, and a J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law. Leary has worked to build a comprehensive library collection to support current and future research in law and a wide range of disciplines. She has also developed strong services to support faculty research. The Law Library is known for its international law resources, which attract research scholars from around the world.
