New Web Resource The Supreme Court Database is a new website that defines over 200 searchable data elements for every US Supreme Court decision. The Database currently covers decisions from 1953-2008 but is anticipated to expand back to the first USSC decision. New Electronic Resource IBFD Electronic Library provides access to the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation's electronic products on international and foreign tax and investment law. New Electronic Resource Westlaw China provides a ccess to the full text of laws and regulations, cases, and news in both national and provincial levels in China.
