Blogs

Blogs come in all shapes and sizes. "Blawgs" are written for a legal audience or on law topics. Pretty clever, right?

Some of our faculty are blogging right now. Rich Friedman continues to blog on the Confrontation Clause www.confrontationright.blogspot.com.

Want your blog posted on this website? If you are a University of Michigan Law Faculty member, email a link to your blog to Seth Quidachay-Swan, Faculty Services Librarian at sethqs@umich.edu.

There are far too many blawgs to list in one place. The links below will take you to websites that contain searchable lists of blawgs.

Podcasts

According to PCMagazine's Encyclopedia, a podcast is:"(iPOD broadCAST) An audio broadcast that has been converted to an MP3 file or other audio file format for playback in a digital music player or computer. The "pod" in podcast was coined from "iPod," the predominant portable, digital music player, and although podcasts are mostly verbal, they may contain music." Like Blawgs, Pawdcasts address the law.

For information on creating your own podcast, contact lawav@umich.edu or submit an AV work request.
