Wolverine Street Law
Wolverine Street Law ("Street Law") allows students an opportunity to utilize their legal education by teaching community members about legal rights and remedies as they relate to a variety of subjects. Students work with adults and children at organizations such as the Washtenaw County Juvenile Detention Center and Safe House (shelter for survivors of domestic violence). Street Law provides training at the beginning of each semester. There are approximately 35 volunteer positions from which students may choose to volunteer for one semester or the entire school year.To learn more about Wolverine Street Law, please contact us via e-mail.
