Michigan Energy Law Association
The Michigan Energy Law Association (MEnergy) was originally created to address an interest in energy law that was not being addressed by the current curriculum offerings. MEnergy not only advocates for an increased course selection for energy law issues, but also directly provides resources for Michigan Law students who are interested in energy law. MEnergy hosts speakers and holds events tailored toward bringing more information and opportunities to learn about this area of the law to students. MEnergy also partners with other student organizations at the Law School and across the wider University of Michigan campus. In addition to educational and academic events, MEnergy also offers social and volunteer opportunities for involvement.
