Biography
Professor Burnham received is A.B., B.S., and J.D from Indiana University. He taught at the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1980 in the area of Russian Law and American Constitutional Law and Legal Process for LL.M students. He is currently a Professor of Law at Wayne State University.
