BiographyEmeritus Professor Cooperrider earned his B.S. at Harvard and, in 1948, his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law. Prior to joining the law school faculty, Professor Cooperrider practiced law in Cleveland, Ohio.
Professor Cooperrider taught in the area of torts, evidence and restitution. He was actively involved in a number of committees both in the Law School and the wider University, including the law school's Curriculum Committee; the Law Review Advisory Board and the University Senate.-- Jocelyn Kennedy, Faculty Services Librarian, University of Michigan Law Library, 2008.
