Biography
Professor Clark received a BA from Kenyon College and an LL.B. from Harvard University. He came to the University of Michigan in 1909 as an Assistant Professor teaching in the area of equity jurisprudence. Professor Clark was a member of the faculty at the University of Illinois, the University of Missouri, the University of Kansas, New York University and the John Marshall Law School.
