An unspecified amount will be awarded to a student enrolled in or about to enroll in an accredited law school in the US. The award will be based on academic achievement, financial need, and potential for making a contribution to society and the legal profession. All other considerations being equal, preference will be given to applicants with a significant tie to the Justice's home state of Minnesota.
