Scholarships of varying amounts are available to students who were born in Delaware, graduated from a Delaware high school and who remain residents of the state. Applicants must be graduating seniors planning to enter their first year of college or college seniors planning to enter their first year of graduate school. Applicants must also be in the top fifth of their graduating class. Scholastic achievement, financial need and good moral character are considered.
