Description: Wen Fa, '13, of the Pacific Legal Foundation and Professor Sam Bagenstos will discuss Wen's argument in the case Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, which is currently before the U.S. Supreme Court on a petition for certiorari. On behalf of his client, Fa argues that a Minnesota statute banning political apparel at polling stations violates the First Amendment. This event is hosted by the Federalist Society.
