Description: Join tax specialists and international law experts from universities, private practice, and global institutions as they explore the impact of the recently signed Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The MLI, which has been signed by almost 70 jurisdictions, will modify many existing bilateral tax treaties by introducing anti-tax avoidance measures.
