Description: In the last few years, the United States has seen dramatic changes surrounding same-sex marriage, and recent SCOTUS rulings in Perry and Windsor may have far-reaching legal implications. Have these changes simply made marriage more just and inclusive, or have they dramatically re-defined the institution? Join the Federalist Society as John Corvino, co-author of Debating Same-Sex Marriage, and Sherif Girgis, co-author of What is Marriage? Man and Woman: A Defense, debate the nature of marriage and the public-policy wisdom of extending legal marriage to same-sex couples.
