Environmental Law Externships

Externships provide invaluable practical experience to students interested in pursuing careers in environmental law.  Students have the opportunity to see how new regulatory programs are developed and cases litigated under the environmental statutes that are covered in their coursework.  In addition, students gain exposure to the variety of ways and settings in which environmental law is practiced.  Environmental externships pursued by Michigan Law students in recent years (with contact information provided for placement purposes) have included the following offices:
