Event or Meeting Planning
Members of the Law School Community who wish to schedule an event or meeting should start at the Event Reservation Web Page. On this page, you may reserve a room, request Audio-Visual assistance and post an announcement about your event on the Law School Event Calendar. In most cases, 48-hour advance notice is required to process room reservation or AV requests.
Before placing your room reservation, be sure to review the online schedule to check for room availability on the date and time of your request. To confirm your event details, you will need to check back into your account after 24 hours to determine if your request was approved. Please be aware that your room reservation or AV request is not confirmed until this notification has been received. In some instances, a room other than that requested may be substituted in case of a usage conflict.
