53.#402/002 ETHICS COLLOQUIUM, #723 CORPORATE LAWYER: LAW & ETHICS, #731 LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, and #797 MODEL RULES AND BEYOND: Any student who matriculated as a first-year student in May 2012 or thereafter who wishes to be eligible to apply for membership to the New York bar must take either Law 402/002 (Ethics Colloquium section 002), Law 723 (Corporate Lawyer: Law & Ethics), Law 731 (Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility) or Law 797 (Model Rules and Beyond).

182.#797 MODEL RULES AND BEYOND AND #731 LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (Professor Hirshon’s section):  These two classes are mutually exclusive elections.  In other words, students who have taken one of these may not take the other.
