53.#402/002 ETHICS COLLOQUIUM, #723 CORPORATE LAWYER: LAW & ETHICS, #731 LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, and #797 MODEL RULES AND BEYOND: Any student who matriculated as a first-year student in May 2012 or thereafter who wishes to be eligible to apply for membership to the New York bar must take either Law 402/002 (Ethics Colloquium section 002), Law 723 (Corporate Lawyer: Law & Ethics), Law 731 (Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility) or Law 797 (Model Rules and Beyond).

54.This section of the course fulfills the New York bar's ethics requirement.

70.#545 LAWYERS AND CLIENTS, #718 LEGAL PROFESSION AND LEGAL ETHICS, #769 LITIGATION ETHICS, and #731 LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY are mutually exclusive elections.  These four classes are mutually exclusive.  In other words, students who have taken one of these courses may not take the others.
