Sexual Harassment in Employment and Education: The Law, The Politics, The Movement
An examination of the key legal and social issues raised by sexual harassment in doctrine and reality, principally under Title VII (discrimination in employment) and Title IX (discrimination in education), in larger context including housing. Sex and gender, sexuality, race, and class are focused. The significance of the #MeToo movement for legal and administrative change is assessed.
