        Print from your own computer to printers in the Campus Computing Sites, printers in ResComp Sites, and other campus printers that are set up to provide printing as part of the Basic Computing Package (BCP).


  • If you receive an unpleasant e-mail message, you can forward it to the ITD User Advocate (itua@umich.edu). They have facilities to track down message senders, and authority to warn offenders in the University's name

  • Alumni can contact the ITCS Accounts Office for information about subscribing to U-M Online. U-M Online allows you to continue e-mail with your @umich.edu address, keep files in Institutional File System (IFS) space, including personal web pages, and continue using conferencing and Usenet newsgroups. The service also provides access to licensed software


  • U-M Computer Showcase
        Enrolled U-M students, current U-M faculty and staff, and U-M emeritus faculty can purchase hardware, software, supplies, peripherals, and software and laptop support through the U-M Computer Showcase


  • CAEN Service Center
        Fully authorized warranty and non-warranty repair facility for Apple computers only. Effective July 1, 2006, the CAEN Service Center only accepts Apple computers for repair. They no longer accept computers from Dell or any other PC manufacturer. However, their web page provides useful information on getting your PC repaired.  Warranty work requires a dated sales receipt for verification.
