This $3,000 scholarship is for Berks County residents entering their second year at an accredited law school. The fund is in memory of Howard Fox, who was a member of the Berks County Bar Association and an attorney in the Public Defender's Office at the time of his accidental death.
Deadline: April 1st of each year.
