Income-Based Debt Management Program
The 2012 application for the Income-Based Debt Management Program is now available! We do not have an online application process this year, but all of the required forms can be downloaded in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free, to view them. You can fill them out by hand and mail, email or fax them to us.
Please read through the 2012 Income-Based Repayment Information and Instructions for complete details about the program.

Send us a copy of your 2010 federal tax return

Send us all your current billing statements for your federal, computer and bar loans
In order to download some of these forms you will be required to login using your UM uniqname and kerberos password. If you do not have your login information, please contact the UM IT Accounts Office for assistance at 734.764.8000. Please plan ahead as getting your login could take up to 3 business days, and we have a firm November 1, 2011 deadline to receive all required documentation for our 2012 program.
