Zingerman's Community of Businesses: A discussion on their unique business philosophy, structure and plans for the future
On Thursday, March 21, 2013, the Community and Economic Development Clinic opened its classroom to the Law School community for a discussion with Paul Saginaw, co-founder of Zingerman’s Community of Businesses.

Low-Wage Workers' Rights Panel
On February 27, 2013, there was an event discussing low-wage workers' rights in Michigan and beyond. Moderator: Gowri Krishna. Panelists: Minsu Longiaru of Restaurant Opportunities Center of Michigan, Amy Tilchen of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Project, and Rick McHugh of the National Employment Law Project.  Co-sponsored by the Poverty Law Society, PBAP, ACLU, and MILLA.
