SUMMARY:The plaintiff BF and a friend, both minors, ran away from home, with the help of the plaintiff’s cousin (defendant WC) via Greyhound/Adirondack. Upon arriving in New York the girls were recruited by a man who propositioned them to exchange working as prostitutes for shelter. Both minors engaged in prostitution for about a week, then the plaintiff was kidnapped at gunpoint and was held for 30 days against her will while being sexually assaulted. The plaintiff have moved to sue both the plaintiff's cousin and Greyhound/Adirondack for the transportation of a minor which resulted in her exploitation.
